When we have openings through our network of employers, we seek to connect you with roles that match your interests and experiences, and with organizations that have demonstrated their commitment to creating an inclusive and psychologically safe culture.

What Type of Work?
- Job roles are typically with corporations and are generally full-time, benefited positions. Occasionally an internship or contract work will become available with a client or to partner directly on internal roles.
- Full or partial remote work options available for some positions.
- Potentia is committed to broadening positions across a wide-variety of job-roles and departments.
