The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $130,000.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do
Training Design & Development
- Develop and update training materials and e-learning modules tailored to electrical and gas utility operations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.
- Customize training content to meet regulatory standards (OSHA, NESC, PHMSA).
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and field-based training sessions for both new hires and experienced personnel.
- Facilitate hands-on training for a variety of electrical and gas operations, including equipment operation, safety procedures, and emergency response.
- Apply adult learning principles to engage diverse learner groups.
- Ensure all training aligns with federal, state, and industry-specific safety regulations.
- Maintain training records and certifications for audit readiness; upload records to the LMS in a timely manner.
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, testing, and on-the-job performance.
- Analyze training data to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Work closely with the Director of Training and Training Coordinator to schedule and deliver training sessions efficiently.
- Support workforce development initiatives.
- Participate in incident investigations to identify training-related root causes.
What You'll Bring
- 5–10 years of Journeyman Lineman experience.
- Union experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout WA, OR, ID, and MT.
- Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screening(s).
- Valid driver's license.
