Duties

• Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Take orders accurately.
• Prepare food and beverages for customers promptly, ensuring quality presentation.
• Assist with menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food items.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors.
• Handle cash and process payments as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
• Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• A passion for food and beverage service is a plus!

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week
