Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our crew at Potbelly Sandwich Shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food products, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quality finished products such as sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream, etc.
- Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety in the shop.
- Maintain personal hygiene standards, including wearing a clean Potbelly uniform.
- Work multiple stations to load, dress, shake, cash, prep, and front as directed by the manager or shift leader.
- Effectively handle customer complaints/issues.
- Take delivery/catering/pickup orders over the phone.
