Forklift Operator

We're Potandon Produce, and we believe in hiring people-not just resumes. Right now, we're looking for two full-time Forklift Operators to work in our Potato Packing Plant and Cross Dock Warehouse locations in American Falls, ID!

As our Forklift Operator, you will earn a competitive pay of $14-$15 per hour, plus incentives. Schedule: Shifts vary, but will be within our business hours of 7 am - 7 pm, with overtime available.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Safely operate forklifts to move products and materials.
• Verify product quality and packaging before staging or loading.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers accurately.
• Stack finished product pallets in designated storage areas.
• Perform equipment inspections and report any safety concerns.
• Keep records of product movement and inventory as needed.
• Support inventory counts and general warehouse upkeep.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods
• Commitment to following all food safety, hygiene, and traceability protocols

Although not required, having prior forklift or warehouse experience and being bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
