Hyundai of Elk Grove is seeking a high-performing Service BDC Manager to lead, develop, and drive results within our Service Business Development Center.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound service communications, maximizing appointment setting, and ensuring exceptional customer experience across our dealerships.
We are looking for a proven leader with a track record of building successful BDC teams and driving measurable results in the Automotive Industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Service BDC Representatives to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Drive inbound and outbound call performance, appointment setting, and show rates.
- Ensure all customer interactions reflect Hyundai’s commitment to exceptional customer care and satisfaction.
- Monitor daily KPI’s including call volume, appointment conversion, and retention metrics.
- Partner with Service Managers and Fixed Operations leadership to align scheduling and maximize shop capacity.
- Oversee CRM processes, call scripts, and follow up strategies to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Recruit, train, and onboard BDC Representatives to company standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, CSI and revenue.
- Maintain compliance with dealership policies and always ensure professional communication.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of automotive BDC experience required.
- 1-2 years of leadership or management experience.
- Proven success in increasing appointment set rates, show rates, and service revenue.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive performance.
- Experience with CRM systems and dealership software.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.

Salary : $72,000 - $110,000
