Position Overview:
Posture Lab is seeking a motivated and coachable individual with a background in personal training to join our team as a Posturist Assistant. This role focuses on assisting clients through guided posture correction sessions, reinforcing proper movement patterns, and supporting the Posturist in delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in guiding clients through posture correction exercises and routines
- Ensure proper form, alignment, and execution during sessions
- Support session flow, transitions, and client experience
- Reinforce techniques and principles taught during sessions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
- Provide encouragement, accountability, and clear instruction to clients
Requirements:
- Experience in personal training, fitness coaching, or related field
- Strong understanding of body mechanics, movement, and exercise form
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of energy, attention to detail, and professionalism
- Ability to learn and apply Posture Lab’s training methods
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in personal training or related field
- Experience working with clients in a one-on-one or small group setting
- Interest in posture correction, mobility, and rehabilitation
