We are building tools that make it easier for creators to get discovered, paid fairly, and grow on their own terms. As we prepare for launch, we are kicking off a series of internal marketing campaigns designed to build awareness and drive creators to join our waitlist.
Role OverviewWe are looking for an Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager to lead and manage our internal prelaunch creator outreach campaigns. This is a hands-on contract role focused on planning, executing, and optimizing influencer-driven content that encourages creators to join the Postr waitlist.
You will support strategy, manage outreach, track performance, and help shape the creator-facing narrative for Postr during a critical growth moment.
What You Will Do- Plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns designed to drive creator waitlist signups.
- Identify, vet, and coordinate with influencers, bloggers, and creator educators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and blogs.
- Build outreach lists, manage communications, and organize all influencer details inside HubSpot.
- Develop campaign briefs that give creators clear goals while allowing them to use their own voice and style.
- Manage deliverables, track due dates, and ensure content goes live on schedule.
- Collaborate with the internal team to align messaging, positioning, and creator-facing language.
- Track performance, collect insights, and recommend ways to optimize content and outreach.
- Maintain an understanding of creator trends, best practices, and platform shifts.
- Experience managing influencer or creator marketing campaigns, ideally for startups, SaaS platforms, or creator-focused brands.
- Strong communication skills and experience working directly with creators.
- Understanding of social platforms, creator culture, and content formats.
- Ability to stay organized across multiple threads, follow-ups, and deadlines.
- Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Google Sheets, and social media analytics.
- A creator-first mindset that respects the creator’s POV and encourages authentic content.
