Warehouse Operations Intern (Mandarin Required)

We are seeking a full-time, onsite Warehouse Operations Intern to join our operations team in the Los Angeles area. This position is ideal for candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management by working closely with frontline operations.
Responsibilities
• Support daily warehouse operations and assist with on-site operational tasks
• Learn, understand, and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Assist with process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support basic data collection, organization, and analysis related to warehouse operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational execution
Qualifications
• Major in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or other related fields is preferred
• Strong interest in warehouse operations, process optimization, and supply chain management
• Willingness to work onsite and learn from frontline operations in a fast-paced environment
• Strong learning ability and execution skills, with the ability to understand and follow SOPs
• Basic data skills, including proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Mandarin proficiency is required for daily communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
