Printing and Shipping Manager Position Overview

Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service while using your creative, operational, and leadership skills? PostNet Altamonte Springs is seeking a Center Manager (Full-Time) for our Printing, Shipping, and Design Center who can deliver exceptional service, lead a store team, assist with graphic design, and operate digital printing equipment. Under supervision of the Center Owner, the Center Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day store operations. Also responsible for training, scheduling, and supervising Center staff.

Qualifications

Managerial Capabilities
• Two years’ supervisory experience preferred
• Trains, schedules, and supervises all center staff
• Evaluates staff performance and gives feedback and correction, as warranted
• Screens and recommends potential new staff members to franchise owner
• Monitors expenses and daily receipts, performs bookkeeping duties and makes bank deposits • Performs administrative duties, including inventory and supply control, pricing and stocking
• Consistently demonstrates superior service and time management skills to staff

Customer Service
• Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to handle customer complaints and problems in an independent and professional manner

Other Skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Multitasking – must have the ability to simultaneously process multiple tasks
• Associate’s degree in a business field; bachelor’s degree preferred. May substitute experience for education.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Windows operating system, and other computer hardware and software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays
