All Candidates Should Have
- Intermediate to advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva proficency. Experience with EFI Fiery, VersaWorks, Epson Edge, or similar RIP software is a strong plus
- Strong grasp of digital/wide-format printing, color management, pre-press, and paper stocks
- A positive, dependable, collaborative attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Pay: $20–$22/hr (Specialist) or $22–$24/hr (Senior Specialist); placement based on experience, software expertise, and production ability
- Hours: Full-time ~32–40 hrs/week; Part-time ~16–28 hrs/week; exact schedule confirmed in writing before start
- Performance Bonuses: Possible at employer's sole discretion after the 60-day introductory period; not guaranteed
- Colorado Paid Sick Leave: 1 hour accrued per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours/year (Colorado HFWA)
- Colorado FAMLI: Shared employee/employer contributions at 0.88% of wages total for 2026
- Health insurance, retirement, paid vacation, and paid holidays: Not currently offered
