Postlane Capital is hiring analysts to help grow the fund and support our portfolio companies. Much of that work is still done by hand. Your job is to automate it with AI agents, and learn how deals get done and companies get run along the way.
Built for recent graduates and MBAs who build with AI and want real responsibility from day one.
What you will do
- Build AI agents and automations that do the manual work across the fund and its portfolio companies.
- Use them to produce deal models, investment memos, portfolio reports and board decks in hours, not days.
- Turn operating data from portfolio companies into daily reports that tie to the source, without anyone typing a number.
- Find work still done by hand, automate it, and prove the hours came back.
You are a fit if
- You build with AI tools like Claude and Claude Code, and you know enough engineering to make it reliable.
- You are sharp in Excel and comfortable in Python.
- You care that every number ties to the source.
- You act like an owner and move fast.
- Bonus: a degree in computer science, engineering, finance or another quantitative field; an MBA; experience in energy, logistics or finance.
What you get
- $100,000 to $150,000 base, plus a 15% target bonus (up to 25%) tied to what you automate.
- A $10,000 raise at day 90 if you hit your scorecard.
- $3,000 a year for AI tools and training, plus top-end hardware.

Austin preferred, in person with the team. Strong candidates anywhere in the US are welcome.
