What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fee For Service Therapist position at POSTGRADUATE CENTER FOR MENTAL HEAL?
JOB SCOPE:
Responsible for a minimum of 10 hours and a maximum of 20 hours per week with a minimum of 15 in person and/remote psychotherapy sessions with clients
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide verbal psychotherapy to individuals and/or in a group setting.
- Conduct intakes as needed
- Formulate appropriate treatment plans for clients.
- Centrally coordinate each client’s psychotherapy with ancillary and combined services when needed.
- Include coordination with social work services, psychological evaluations, and psychiatric consultations.
- Maintain current and timely EHR records on all patients in accordance with the PCMH policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by PCMH management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- LMSW/LCSW/LMHC/LCAT/LMFT or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in outpatient mental health setting with direct client contact as a Psychotherapist.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
