Role Description:
We’re looking for a seasoned Account Executive who can open doors, build relationships, and close brand partnerships ranging from six to seven figure budgets. This is a hands-on sales role for someone who can create opportunities and own the entire process—from first outreach to signed agreement.
What you’ll do:
- Identify, prospect, and win new business with enterprise brands and their agencies.
- Build relationships with marketing decision-makers and budget owners.
- Develop compelling pitches around athlete and influencer marketing, branded content, live activations, and paid media.
- Lead discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Work with Postgame’s strategy and campaign teams to develop programs that meet client objectives.
- Maintain an active pipeline, accurate forecasts, and consistent follow-up.
- Meet revenue goals and identify opportunities to grow the accounts you bring in.
What you MUST bring:
- 5 years of brand or agency sales experience in influencer marketing, CTV, digital media, branded content, or related marketing services.
- A proven record of sourcing and closing six to seven figure deals.
- Experience navigating enterprise sales cycles and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to sell tailored marketing solutions tied to business objectives.
- An established network of brand and agency contacts.
- Sports marketing experience and familiarity with the athlete and NIL landscape preferred.
- Ideally based in Philadelphia or the Tampa Bay area.
