Traveling Job for Couples (Teams of Two) 7-10 weeks US Tour

WHO WE ARE: Poster Invasion is a woman-owned social enterprise that works with young artists all over the world. We send teams of 2 to college campuses all over the USA to set up large scale, pop-up events. We bring 100s of options for students to chose from and our goal is to give students an authentic form of self-expression.

PERFECT JOB FOR COUPLES: We hire teams of 2 and encourage couples to apply! Work hard with your tour partner and walk away with a beautiful commission check to start your next chapter. Travel the US together with paid vehicle, gas and hotels. Being a couple is not required-- we consider all teams of two!

GREAT MONEY IN ONLY 7-10 WEEKS! We've head teams purchase homes, pay off debt, buy cars, make movies or albums or completely relocate from the funds they earned on our tour job. We pay in a combination of base pay and commission. The harder you work, the more you earn. Most teams earn well over $12,000 together, and that's just the baseline (based on a full 8 week tour).

PAID TRAVEL: We cover travel expenses while on tour including a vehicle, gas card and housing stipend. Everything is in your control as you book your own housing while you're on tour, you can do anything from Airbnb to Hotels, it's completely up to your team.

COMPLETE AUTONOMY: You are your own manager on the road, Poster HQ is there to help and provide your event details, but you are in charge of how you want to setup, break down and run your store/events.

REQUIREMENTS: 21 , apply and tour as a team of 2, each team member needs a clean driver's license, availability to travel for 7-10 weeks starting in August

DAY TO DAY:

- Set up/break down and execute pop up events typically M-F (with few exceptions) for 7-10 weeks (August-October)

- Sell posters and poster accessories to college students and promote the work of our young artists

-Communicate with HQ, troubleshoot onsite and complete event summary reports

- Control team budget, submit receipts and responsibly use a company card

- Manage store inventory and restock

- Maintain positive relationship with university contacts- Drive 15ft standard box truck, reaching destinations within assigned tour timeline
