Your Mission:
Looking for a highly motivated, sales minded individual to work towards client recovery and retention. At PostcardMania, we are working to help small businesses get the marketing tools they need to succeed and drive in more customers. NO COLD CALLING.
Specific Duties Include:

Speaking with clients who may be upset or considering canceling their campaign with the intent to handle and issue and retain their business.

Working with sales reps on client retention and ensuring the highest level of customer care is being delivered.

Investigating issues and upsets to determine what can be done to prevent them in the future.

Analyze data on issues and upsets to determine patterns so they can be prevented.
- Writing plans of action to handle recurring issues in our organization.
