About the Role

PostcardMania is looking for a talented Marketing Copywriter to create compelling, results-driven content for PostcardMania, Rocket Print & Mail, and PCM Integrations.

You’ll turn research, customer insights, and complex marketing concepts into clear, engaging content that helps small business owners understand their options, solve marketing challenges, and take action. Your work will support brand awareness, SEO, organic traffic, lead generation, customer engagement, and conversions.

What You’ll Do

• Write, edit, and publish short- and long-form marketing content, including website copy, blog articles, educational resources, and case studies.
  
• Interview customers and turn their experiences, challenges, and results into compelling customer stories.
  
• Research industries, competitors, customer needs, trends, and topics to identify valuable content and SEO opportunities.
  
• Create and optimize content using SEO, GEO, AEO, and AI-search best practices.
  
• Write compelling headlines, introductions, calls to action, and easy-to-scan content structures that drive engagement and conversions.
  
• Use statistics, credible sources, research, and data to create authoritative, useful content.
  
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to adapt content for multiple brands and audiences.
  
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, quality, and brand voice.

• Professional experience in marketing copywriting, content writing, or a related field.
  
• Excellent writing, editing, grammar, proofreading, and attention-to-detail skills.
  
• Strong short- and long-form writing abilities with a talent for storytelling.
  
• Ability to simplify complex marketing concepts into clear, engaging, and persuasive content for small business audiences.
  
• Strong research skills and ability to use data, statistics, and credible sources effectively.
  
• Understanding of SEO and SEO content strategy; experience with GEO, AEO, AI search, or AI-assisted content creation is a plus.
  
• Strong interviewing and customer-storytelling skills.
  
• Excellent organization, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
  
• Experience with Microsoft Word, WordPress, AI writing tools, and standard office software.
