Workforce education helps students pay for college and provides the support needed to reach educational and career goals.

What We Offer (depends on programs)

Funding Programs

Workforce Education includes four funding programs that may help cover your college costs. Each program has its own eligibility criteria and benefits. Explore the options to see which one is the best fit for your situation.

  • BFET - For students receiving Basic Food Assistance (SNAP)
  • Opportunity Grant - For low-income students pursuing approved programs
  • Worker Retraining - For unemployed, underemployed, displaced workers, etc.
  • WorkFirst - For parents receiving TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) cash assistance
