Print and Shipping Associate

We are a locally owned PostalAnnex store located at the corner of Highway 55 and State Street in Eagle. We provide shipping services (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL), mailbox services, and a growing print business that includes everything from everyday copies to posters, banners, and custom design work.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. This role is a mix of retail service, light technical work, and hands-on production.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with shipping through UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL
• Manage mailbox customers and front counter transactions
• Perform copy, print, laminating, and binding services
• Support print jobs including basic file setup and troubleshooting
• Operate digital print equipment and assist with expanding wide-format services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
• Learn and support additional services as the business grows

Preferred Experience

• Experience at The UPS Store, PostNet, FedEx Office, Staples, or similar
• Print shop or sign shop experience
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop
• Experience with Fiery Command WorkStation, SAi Flexi, or similar RIP software

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move heavier items with a dolly
• Willing to work Saturdays

Notary Requirement

• Willingness to become a notary public within 60 days of hire
• The company will cover costs and assist with the process
• Notary services provide additional earning opportunities

Schedule
We are open to either one full-time employee or two part-time employees (20 to 25 hours per week each), depending on the candidate.

Compensation and Benefits

• $17 to $22 per hour depending on experience
