Postal Annex is immediately hiring Full Time Retail Associates processing Fed Ex, UPS, DHL and US Mail shipments, shipping and packaging a wide variety of items. Strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma, a courteous and genuinely helpful yet professional demeanor. We are all licensed notary publics and offer notary public services during all open hours so you must be able to become a notary public as well.
Below is a brief description of duties and responsibilities associated with the position:
- Reliable Transportation - Travel to our Beaverton location as needed.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers, telephone inquiries and by email.
- Complete all shipping and receiving activities.
- Physically able to work on your feet for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Packaging. Handling boxes and packing supplies.
- Prepare and send out daily mail.
- Operate cash register and handle cash by following established procedures.
- Ability to work with copier, printer, scanner and fax machines.
- Ability to work independently.
- All other duties as assigned.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
