Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while promoting our products and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will play a key role in driving sales and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.
Responsibilities
- Maintain superior customer service at all times.
- Maintain a low percentage of errors.
- Upsell appropriate services at the appropriate times.
- Maintain an orderly and clean work environment.
- Work efficiently
- Shipping, opening mailboxes, passport renewals, key cutting, printing, Faxing.
- Become a Notary Public and Livescan operator 2 months after hiring date (company will pay for certificates fees)
- Able to work Saturdays 9-4, weekdays 9-6.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating proficiency with cash registers.
- Basic math skills for processing sales and managing stock levels.
- Experience in product demonstrations to engage customers effectively is a plus.
- A proactive attitude towards supervising others and contributing positively to team dynamics.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain stock levels and store presentation.
