Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our PostalAnnex location. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and enjoys helping customers with their shipping, printing, and business service needs. We are looking for long-term team members—only serious candidates should apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude
• Process shipments with major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL)
• Pack items securely using proper packaging techniques
• Operate copy, fax, laminating, and printing equipment
• Assist with mailbox rentals and manage customer mail/packages
• Provide notary services (if certified, training may be provided)
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock supplies
• Handle cash register transactions accurately

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service or retail experience required
• Prior shipping experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems)
• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
