What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping Center Customer Service Representative position at Postal Annex @ The Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave, Texas?
Postal Annex is your one-stop-shop for shipping, private mailbox rentals, design & letterhead and other printing and copy services, digital fingerprinting, key cutting, passport photos, gifts, greeting cards, and so much more! We are looking for a Customer Service Representative available to work up to 40 hours a week to start, between 9am - 6pm and 10am - 4pm on Saturdays. Special consideration given to candidates with prior UPS Store, Postal Annex or other similar experience.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding customer services to customers
- Being proactive in assigned daily tasks
- Sorting mail and packages
- Processing sales and shipping transactions
- Learning to operate all equipment, software, and devices - Packaging, copying, laminating, binding, key cutting, organizing, and cleaning.
- Strong verbal/written skills, to include spelling and math
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible
- Ability to lift and move 35lb
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of retail customer service experience
- Minimum of 1 year of postal experience
- Some graphic design experience is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Are legally able to obtain a Notary license
- High school diploma or GED minimum educational requirement
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to work on Saturdays and be on call while owners are out of town.
