Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Associate to Ship, Process mail, Scan, Fax, Email and work a small retail gift store to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our shipping store. The ideal candidate must possess friendly customer service, basic cash, math, spelling, cash skills and have experience with POS. This position is for weekend and afternoon shifts. Must be able to become a State of Oregon Notary Public.
Responsibilities
- Shipping and assisting customers with the right shipping carrier to fit their needs
- Packing items to be shipped
- Receive incoming mail, packages, shipments, verifying the quantity and pos.
- Sort mail, check in and out packages
- Maintain an organized inventory system, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
Experience
- Proficient in basic math skills for accurate order processing.
- POS
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast and slow-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
