Position Overview
Post University is seeking experienced, engaging, and student-focused Associate Faculty to teach on-ground courses within our First Year Experience (FYE) program. These courses are designed to support new students in building foundational skills for academic success, personal development, and career exploration.
FYE Courses Emphasize The Following Outcomes
Faculty are expected to provide timely feedback, a supportive presence on campus, and engage in proactive outreach to students who may be at-risk .

- Facilitate engaging, in-person learning experiences that promote participation, reflection, and growth
- Establish clear structure, expectations, and routines appropriate for first-year, traditional-aged learners
- Provide personalized guidance and timely feedback that supports academic progress
- Proactivelymonitorstudent progress and conduct outreach to at-risk students
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment
- Collaborate with academicadvisors,student supportstaff, and campus partners to promote student success

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology , Education, Communication, Business Administration (MBA), or a related fieldrequired
- Minimum of 3 years ofin-person or blended teaching experience
- Experience working with first-generationor traditional-aged collegestudents
- Strong classroom presence and ability to manage and engage first-year learners
- Experience teaching First Year Experience (FYE),student success, or transitioncourses
- Background in advising, mentoring,student life,or student development
- Familiarity with evidence-based student success practices
- Strongclassroomfacilitation andinterpersonal communicationskills
- Ability to build rapport and motivate first-year learners
- Commitment tosupporting the development of socially responsible, career-ready learners
- Effective communication and feedback practices
- Comfort with multimedia and interactive teaching approaches
