Centralized Leasing Coordinator

We are looking for a driven, organized, and customer-focused Centralized Leasing Coordinator to join our POST Hub team and help turn incoming leads into scheduled tours, completed applications, and signed leases.

What You’ll Do

As a Centralized Leasing Coordinator, your primary focus will be lead conversion. You will serve as the first point of contact for many prospective residents and will play a critical role in driving occupancy across our portfolio.

In this role, you will:

• Respond quickly to leasing inquiries from calls, texts, emails, and internet leads

• Build rapport with prospective residents and identify their needs

• Schedule tours and keep prospects engaged through consistent follow-up

• Act like an inside sales professional by moving leads through the pipeline with urgency and purpose

• Follow up on warm leads, missed tours, incomplete applications, and pending approvals

• Coordinate closely with on-site teams to ensure a smooth handoff from inquiry to tour to lease

• Track lead activity, follow-up status, and conversion results in company systems

• Help improve leasing performance by identifying missed opportunities and recommending better follow-up practices

• Maintain a professional, upbeat, and service-oriented experience for every prospect

This is not a passive admin role. This is a high-impact sales support position for someone who is motivated by results and knows that speed, consistency, and persistence win leases.

What We’re Looking For

• Persistent with follow-up and detail-oriented in execution

• Able to manage a high volume of leads across multiple communities

• Professional, positive, and team-oriented

• Experienced in leasing, inside sales, customer service, call center work, or appointment setting

Preferred Background

• Previous experience in multifamily leasing, inside sales, or lead conversion

• Experience working with CRM, PMS, or lead management systems

• Strong phone skills and comfort handling objections

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Experience using AppFolio or similar property management software is strongly preferred

• LIHTC certification is strongly preferred; however, for the right candidate, we are willing to invest in training and cover the cost of obtaining LIHTC certification.
