As a leader in the property management industry, we are seeking a proactive and skilled Make Ready Technician to prepare our units for move-ins and ensure they meet our high standards of quality and safety.

What You’ll Do:

As a Make Ready Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all essential repairs and preparations are completed in a timely and professional manner. Your role will involve working on a variety of tasks, from carpentry to painting, to guarantee that our properties are in top condition for new residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Repairs & Maintenance: Perform all essential repair work in accordance with company and industry standards, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall work.
• Apartment Remodeling: Assist in remodeling tasks, ensuring that each unit is move-in ready with quality finishes and a welcoming appearance.
• Project Management: Understand the scope of the project, manage your time effectively, and complete each project in a timely manner.
• Safety & Equipment Operation: Safely operate personal hand tools and company equipment to perform tasks efficiently. Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times.
• Team Collaboration: Work independently as well as part of a team to meet project goals and deliver high-quality results.

What You Bring:

• Preferred Experience: 3–5 years in apartment remodeling, general construction, or related trades.
• Expected Minimum: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in similar work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of apartment remodeling tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependability and problem-solving skills.
• Personal tools (preferred) and ability to safely operate company equipment.
