Post Rehab is seeking a Rehab Aide to support our rehabilitation department in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in healthcare who enjoys working in a team-focused environment and helping residents throughout their recovery.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing therapy treatment areas before and after resident sessions
- Transport residents safely to and from rehabilitation appointments within the facility
- Clean, organize, and maintain therapy equipment and treatment spaces
- Assist therapists with non-clinical support tasks to help ensure efficient department operations
- Monitor and replenish therapy supplies as needed
- Support basic clerical duties, including filing, scheduling assistance, and organizing paperwork
- Help create a positive and welcoming environment for residents receiving therapy services
