Post Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to become part of the rehabilitation team at Mineral Springs Rehab and Skilled Nursing. Work alongside an experienced Occupational Therapist while helping residents improve everyday abilities, increase confidence, and regain greater independence.
What You'll Do
- Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks
- Carry out treatment programs established by the supervising OT
- Monitor resident progress and communicate relevant changes to the therapy team
- Reinforce adaptive techniques, therapeutic activities, and safety strategies
- Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire COTA license required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative care team
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
- New graduate COTAs are encouraged to apply
