Post Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with residents focused on improving independence, mobility, and participation in daily activities.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents with therapeutic activities focused on self-care, coordination, balance, and upper extremity function
- Reinforce adaptive techniques and equipment use to support safety and independence
- Observe resident performance during treatment sessions and communicate updates to the OT
- Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
