Service Technician – Luxury & Exotic Brands - Lotus
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lotus Automotive Technician to join our service team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Lotus vehicles while delivering the high level of workmanship and attention to detail expected of a luxury performance brand.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on Lotus experience, strong diagnostic and repair skills, and a commitment to quality. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, mechanical and electrical diagnostics, warranty repairs, and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with Lotus manufacturer and dealership standards.
This position offers a Monday–Friday work schedule with weekends off, a climate-controlled shop, and the opportunity to work for a privately owned company in a professional, high-end automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking experienced, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in their craft. The ideal candidate will:
- Have 2 years of OEM-level technician experience with Lotus products is a plus.
- Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance as outlined on the repair order, while also proactively inspecting for safety or additional service needs.
- Accurately diagnose issues in alignment with manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Communicate clearly with the shop foreman and service advisors, advising on repair timelines, parts requirements, and cost estimates.
- Uphold the standards expected when working on some of the most refined and rare vehicles in the world.
