What can you expect at Post?

- Consistent daytime hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Built-in overtime! Our regular schedule is 45 hours per week, with overtime paid at 1.5 times your hourly rate for hours worked over 40 per week

What we're looking for:
Someone with strong mechanical skills who enjoys diagnosing problems, making repairs, and keeping equipment running. You'll work on a variety of cattle feeding and agricultural equipment, including feed trucks, feed wagons, manure spreaders, and more.
Experience with hydraulics, electrical troubleshooting, welding, and fabrication is a plus. We're looking for someone who can work independently, communicate well, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and tackle a challenge.
This position also includes a rotating on-call schedule for nights and weekends, typically once every five weeks.
