Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Lead Carpenter to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well on-site, and is interested in growing into a larger role within the company over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality carpentry work across a range of residential remodeling projects (kitchens, bathrooms, additions, etc.)
- Assist the Project Manager with on-site coordination and daily job site activities
- Meet and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work is completed on schedule and to standard
- Help manage job site workflow, materials, and sequencing of trades
- Participate in inspections and develop familiarity with local building requirements as skills grow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Requirements

Compensation
- $25–$40 per hour, based on experience and skill set
