Responsibilities
Role Overview:
Do you love color-coded spreadsheets, OneNote tabs, and Outlook folders? Our Talent Acquisition team is adding an additional Talent Acquisition Coordinator who feels pride in supporting a growing, busy team. This role helps our recruiters focus on strategic work and hiring more people who can help us achieve our purpose: To make lives better by making delicious food accessible for all.
Success Criteria:
You are one of the traffic controllers of the department and will own the scheduling of candidate interviews, assessments, travel, candidate reimbursement, and billing. With multiple interviewers at multiple locations, bring your best organization and problem-solving skills to the table to get it done. You’ll also assist with Onboarding and career fair scheduling at certain times of the year.
Process improvement is top of mind, so bring your ideas and solutions to the table to help our team run more efficiently. We use many databases and systems in the pre-employment and onboarding processes, so comfort with new and changing technology is a priority.
Providing an amazing candidate experience is our ultimate goal, and you’ll help us achieve this by your pleasant, friendly interactions with candidates. Working with hiring managers is equally as important and you enjoy working with people at different levels in the organization.
Qualifications

- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, and easily adapt to change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to effectively manage sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team.
- High school diploma or GED with 2 to 4 years related work experience.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree; Bachelor's degree completed preferred
- 1 years administrative office support experience and/or HR or Recruiting exposure is preferred

- Hybrid model: we value 1-2 days in the Lakeville, MN headquarters, but the start and end times are flexible
Salary : $47,077 - $64,024
