What You’ll Do
- Create & Innovate: Develop new food products and improve existing ones to delight consumers.
- Lead Commercialization: Take projects from bench-top to full-scale production. Organize and manage projects; interacts, supports, facilitates, and leads multi-functional work teams; leads teams to consensus; strong negotiation skills.
- Drive Efficiency: Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize processes.
- Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to solve technical and operational challenges.
- Validate & Scale: Ensure smooth plant-level implementation of product and process changes.
- Analytical Thinking - Results driven, solve complex problems with confidence.
- Innovation & Creativity - Bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Collaboration - Build strong relationships across teams.

What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Experience: 2 years in food industry product development or process development.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven creativity and innovation mindset.
- Project management and team leadership experience.
- Ability to scale from bench to plant production.
- Bonus: Experience with roasted or seasoned nuts (not required).
