  • Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules, timelines, and critical paths.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Monitor project budgets and key financial metrics throughout the commercialization process.
  • Facilitate project team meetings and drive accountability across stakeholders.

Process Excellence

  • Utilize standard commercialization tools and processes, including project plans, stage-gate documentation, meeting summaries, and project reporting.
  • Ensure teams adhere to established commercialization standards, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Manage and support New Item Setup processes and system functionality within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement through project closeout reviews, lessons learned, root cause analysis, and implementation of best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with teams across Research & Development, Supply Chain, Marketing, Graphics, Finance, Operations, and Sales.
  • Foster alignment and transparency across stakeholders throughout the product development and launch lifecycle.
  • Influence decision-making and drive results without direct authority.
