What You’ll Do
Operate and set up automated packaging machines using touchscreen controls
Ensure proper coding, labeling, and packaging while keeping materials stocked
Perform quality checks, verify metal detector operation, and complete accurate documentation
Assist with basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
Maintain a clean, safe, food‑grade work area following GMP and HACCP guidelines
Communicate with team members, support production needs, and help train new employees
Complete end‑of‑shift cleaning, paperwork, and other duties as assigned
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED required
2–3 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or food/beverage experience preferred
Familiarity with GMPs, food safety, or quality processes is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical & Work Environment
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (75 lbs. occasionally)
Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights when needed
Work around moving equipment, dust, and noise typical of a manufacturing environment
Schedule
*Night Shift* 12-hour shifts beginning at 6PM. Working a 2-2-3 schedule (Week one: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on. Week two: 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off) resulting in built-in overtime pay and having every-other weekend off.

Pay: The pay range for this position is up to $23.25 per hour, dependent on experience.
