Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities during your shift, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes.

- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and placing orders to prevent shortages or waste.
- Enforce cleanliness, sanitation, and safety regulations in compliance with health department guidelines across all kitchen areas.
- Support shift management by delegating tasks effectively, resolving operational issues promptly, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, and managing operations within quick service restaurants.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in a hospitality or food service setting.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and food safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally.
- Experience in restaurant management or food service management roles is highly desirable.

- Previous experience working in casual dining or fine dining establishments is a plus.
