Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Assist in menu planning by suggesting new breakfast options and seasonal specials to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure freshness.
• Support food service operations by efficiently plating dishes, managing multiple orders, and delivering timely service.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation during busy morning hours, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist with catering events or special breakfast functions as needed, demonstrating flexibility and culinary versatility.
• Assist with washing dishes for front of house and back of house operations
