Position Overview
We’re seeking an independently licensed therapist to join our St. George's team. This position is ideal for clinicians who want the flexibility of private practice without the administrative burden. You choose your caseload size, and we handle the rest.
As a full-time therapist, you’ll provide individual, family, and/or group therapy, with a special focus on neurodiversity and evidence-based approaches. You’ll be supported by an experienced clinical team, administrative assistance, and an environment that values both professional growth and work-life balance.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality individual, family, and/or group therapy services.
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Support neurodivergent clients with understanding, skill, and compassion.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues for holistic and coordinated care.
- Manage your schedule with full autonomy – work as much or as little as you choose
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, ethics, and empathy.
- Participate in clinical supervision (based on license type), consultation, and professional development.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and/or working at a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds (e.g., office supplies, small equipment).
- Ability to move between office spaces and therapy rooms as needed.
- Occasional bending, reaching, or light cleaning/picking up materials.
- Ability to communicate clearly in person and over telehealth platforms.

What You’ll Need
- Current Utah licensure as a LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, or PsyD/PhD.
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience and passion for working with neurodivergent clients (Autism, OCD, ADHD, etc.).
- Proficiency with evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Commitment to collaboration, professionalism, and ongoing learning.
- Interest in building a flexible, meaningful practice
