- Many of the shifts are very early. Are you capable of working early hours?
- The temperature inside the bakery can reach 90 . Are you okay with working in hot conditions?
- The job is physically demanding. Are you able to be on your feet all day? Are you able to carry 50 pounds of ingredients up and down stairs?
- The nature of being worker-owned cooperative means communication is very important. Are you able to receive and give direct feedback?
- What are your long term plans?
- Do you have any upcoming obligations, such as trips or weddings, where you will not be able to work?
- The hourly rate is $16 hours with annual raises. We split tips equitably and they can raise your wage by about $2-$3/hour. We offer equitable profit sharing at the end of Quarter 2 and Quarter 4. Would this wage work for you?
- We have mandatory meetings on the first Friday of every other month from 3pm-5pm. Would that work with your schedule?
