What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Support Specialist position at Positive Spin, Inc.?
This position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure that professional services are provided in an effective manner. This position will also provides data entry support to include: entering new and updated client information, preparing monthly reports, and processing of data/forms in a timely manner.This position requires a good understanding of Positive Spin, Inc., policies and organizational procedures with the ability to work alongside other people in a service-oriented environment.
Summary of essential job functions
- Provide office support services in order to ensure professionalism and effectiveness within the Programs.
- Answer multi-line phone system in regard to all incoming calls, re-direct calls as appropriate, and take adequate messages when required. Properly greet, and direct visitors to appropriate personnel
- Ability to complete Intake forms with efficiency
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain Agency confidence and protects client data by keeping information confidential
- Excellent command over oral and written English language
- Complete general correspondence, reports, forms, and other requests by Executive Director and/or Program Manager.
- Set up, organize, and maintain a central file system for closed cases.
- Record minutes of Family Team Conferences. Provide copies for the family and all providers at the end of every conference.
- Update case closures in client database as needed
- Perform family support worker requests as directed by management.
- Participate in community activities as requested by management.
- Demonstrate flexible work hours.
- Performs other administrative duties as required.

Minimum requirements
· High school diploma; some college or other administrative certifications preferred.
· Two (2) years of data entry experience preferred
Working Hours
Total hours per week 40
flexible time schedule may be required at times
(Evenings and /or weekend hours may be required on occasion to support program activities/events)
