Job Description
As a BCBA at PSBG, you will:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Analyze data and adjust programming to ensure meaningful progress
- Supervise and mentor RBTs
- Provide parent training that empowers families
- Collaborate with schools and multidisciplinary professionals
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical standards
- Passion for client progress and team collaboration
- A positive, solution-oriented mindset
