About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Operations and Accounts Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. This position will support our team with purchase orders, vendor invoices, accounts payable and receivable activities, data entry, and general supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with numbers, Excel, and business systems and enjoys solving problems and following up to get things done.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process vendor invoices and purchase orders.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving information.
• Research and resolve pricing, quantity, and invoice discrepancies.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Maintain accurate vendor, purchase order, and item information.
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, purchase orders, payments, and discrepancies.
• Track open orders and follow up with vendors as needed.
• Assist with Excel reports, data entry, and supply chain reporting.
• Work with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance, and other internal teams.
• Help identify opportunities to improve processes and data accuracy.
• Perform Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Relevant education, coursework, or an associate's or bachelor's degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication and followup skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Preferred

• Experience with purchase orders and vendor invoices.
• Experience with an ERP, accounting, or inventory management system.
• Experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Experience with international vendors or imports is a plus.
