Job Summary
We are seeking a Behavior Consultants to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. If you have a Master degree in social worker (LCSW), Psychology, Special Education or ABA who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Perform intakes and assessments
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use positive treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular in person treatments
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, special education, psychology, ABA or similar field
- Clean Back ground check
- Previous experience working with individuals with ID or Autism
- CPR certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
