Full Time Home Health Aide

Positive Nature Homecare is looking for Full-Time Home Health Aides that provide care that tells the patient, “It’s all about you”.

This position is located in Green Valley, AZ.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record patient conditions and provide support and personal services.
• Monitors patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise.
• Support patient by providing housekeeping and laundry services, shopping for food and other household requirements, preparing and serving meals and snacks, and running errands.
• Assist patient by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Record pertinent information pertaining to the client's care by making entries in the patient journal and notifying the nursing supervisor of changing or unusual conditions.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment by following asepsis standards and procedures, maintaining security precautions, and following prescribed dietary requirements and nutrition standards
• Protects the home care agency by adhering to professional standards, home care policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.
• Enhances service reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Job Type: Day / Night and weekends (12 Hour) shifts

Employment Status: Full-Time

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• CPR certification

• Valid driver's license

• Active Automobile Insurance

• Fingerprint Clearance Card

• 2 Step TB Test
