Location: Lawton Smiles in Lawton, Oklahoma
Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, love talking to people, and know how to keep things organized and fun? We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who can greet patients like they’re old friends and keep our front office humming.
Work-Life Balance: No nights, no weekends—just Monday-Thursday 7:45 AM-5 PM, and Friday 7:45 AM-2 PM.
The Gig:
- Be the friendly face and voice patients see first.
- Keep schedules running smoothly like butter 🧈.
- Verify insurance and help explain treatment plans (with a smile).
- Handle payments and paperwork without breaking a sweat.
- Be the behind-the-scenes superstar who keeps everything on track.
Who You Are:
- A people person with a good attitude and a solid work ethic.
- Love a good to-do list and checking things off ✔️.
- Dental front office experience is required (minimum of 2 years).
- Calm under pressure and a team player through and through.
