What Youâll Own:
- Lead our entire RCM function: billing, collections, insurance verification, AR, and credentialing
- Analyze performance and revenue data, then turn it into action
- Build and manage a resilient team focused on consistency and scalability
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership to define the next normal for RCM post-Retrace
- Serve as a strategic partner to doctors, office managers, and regional coaches
What You Bring:
- Strong experience in Dental Revenue Cycle Management (DSO or multi-site preferred)
- Deep understanding of billing workflows, credentialing, and payer compliance
- Analytical mindsetâyou love dashboards, KPIs, and solving revenue puzzles
- Proven team builder and change leader who leads with empathy and confidence
- Support out 24 offices from the Support Center in Oklahoma City
- Bonus: Experience with Open Dental, Dental Intel, or multi-practice tech stacks
