About the Role
We're hiring dependable, steady team members to lead routines, model positive behavior, and provide structure for boys ages 12–21 in our residential care program.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily routines and structured group activities
- Provide supervision and maintain a safe, predictable environment
- Model respect, accountability, self-discipline, and positive decision-making
- Use trauma-informed strategies to guide behavior and de-escalate situations
- Complete documentation (shift notes, logs, incident reports) accurately and on time
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to support youth progress
- Assist youth with hygiene, meals, chores, and service plan objectives, while helping them build the skills needed for successful reunification with their families
- Participate in paid professional training

Requirements:
- At least 25 years old
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and reference check
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Shift Availability
- 3pm – 11pm
- 11pm – 8am
- 8am - 4pm Weekends and Out of School Time
- At least one weekend per month required
