Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician located across the panhandle of Florida. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will implement behavior intervention plans, monitor client progress, and provide direct support for individuals with behavior challenges. You will work closely with behavior analysts, engage with clients in home, school, and community settings, and maintain detailed documentation of client progress and observations. This role involves collaboration with caregivers to ensure they are equipped to support the client's growth in their daily environments.
